ME
The first edition celebrates Japanese craftsmanship, a tribute to authentic traditions and the harmony between nature and culture.
It all started when the pioneer producer Cantina Giardino in Campania Irpinia, Italy, went to Japan in search of exceptional products
that reflect these values.
Impressed by this trip, they turned the expedition into a fascinating documentary, dedicated to exceptional producers in Japan.
We bring for the first time in Romania fragments of these philosophies through the documentary that we will watch together.
Together with Natty Wines & Orz Event Design, we are launching the first episode of the HEREDO EXPERIENCES series
With the support of the partners of this edition – Yoshi Izakaya and Nais Space – we are preparing a special cultural and gastronomic event.
At its base are natural sake from Japan, natural wines
(the NA-TU-RE trilogy from Cantina Giardino), miso, ramen, soy sauce and other authentic Japanese elements.
A celebration of naturalness, tradition
and Japanese culture through wines, gastronomy and art!

Yoshi Izakaya is a pice of a certain lifestyle. It’s a gastro pub that transforms dining experiences by providing value and authenticity – all in a creative space that invites guests to be their true selves.
If Yoshi Izakaya had a voice, it would speak a language that reflects the passion for self-expression.
The food will always be a mix of izakaya specific dishes with a few more sophisticated ones and you will only get the best of it by pairing with home made cocktails, wines or a good selection of sake.
YOSHI IZAKAYA

We are a winery that since 2003 has been producing wines commonly defined as "natural",
using grapes from native vines, from historic vineyards, in the heart of Irpinia,
the cradle of Aglianico, Fiano and Greco.
Years of tests and research have confirmed that that could be the right path and the use of ancient vines would have been the key to obtaining wines that were certainly more interesting.
Our wines were very well received in Japan's gastronomical landscape, thus we embarked on a tour to discover what unites us in terms pf taste philosophy and more
The aim of this tour is to meet the most important natural farmers, oysters breeders, traditional distilleries, gourmet restaurants, natural wine makers and wines dealer trough all the Japan.
